Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Dr Ahmad Sarji bin Abdul Hamid is the current president of the Malaysia Lawn Bowls Federation and the Asia Lawn Bowls Federation and deputy president of the Malaysian Malays Cricket Association. Previously he served as Chief Secretary to the Government. He has authored numerous books including a work on the history and development of lawn bowls in Malaysia, and is the Chairman of the Editorial Advisory Board of The Encyclopedia of Malaysia.
